Honorary Sheriff for a Day

On Friday, April 30^th, Micah Niedner visited the Porter County Sheriff’s Department. 

Micah is a student at Valparaiso High School and an active member of Valparaiso High Student Government. 

He was Honorary Sheriff for a Day.  Corporal Jeremy Chavez took Micah on a ride along

and then took him to experience the Emergency Vehicle Operations course.
