Director David Sheibels presents department recognition awards for 911 call taking and dispatching situations that were exceptionally performed during the year 2008.

A total of 25 awards were given to 911 Dispatch Telecommunicators.

Some of the awards given were of Medical pre-arrival Instructions over the phone is part of the

Emergency Medical Dispatch protocol system used at the C-Comm 911 Center.

These awards are only a sampling of the great job our 911 Call Takers/Dispatchers do every day.
