The 2008 Tip-a-Cop for Indiana Special Olympics was a great success! Police and Jail Officers,

Records staff and even a civic minded high school student friend of the Department volunteered 3 hours

of hard labor to raise $1,151.58 from the generous patrons of Kelsey’s Steakhouse in Valparaiso.

For the second year in a row we can proudly report that no dishes were broken nor customers soaked due to our admitted ineptitude.

Kelsey’s staff was very patient with us, and all seemed to have a good time.

We also want to thank Lori Woycik and her Olympians for coming out to help at the event.
