Indiana Sheriffs' Association Scholarship

Porter County Sheriff David Lain presents Morgan Township High School senior Jesse Finney a $500 scholarship from the Indiana Sheriffs' Association. 

Finney was one of only 40 students selected statewide for this award and is the son of Curt and Clesta Finney who, along with Jesse's grandparents Ron and Norma Finney, of Valparaiso, came to see the presentation at the Sheriff's Department training room.

Finney plans to attend Ball State University in the fall to study criminal justice.
