May 3, 2008 Porter County Sheriff's Department participated in the

Chicago Police Department Memorial Run

4th Annual Run To Remember

Over thirty PCSP personnel, family, and friends travelled to Chicago to run in the Chicago Police Memorial 5k. 

The race is put on to raise money for the Chicago Police Memorial Foundation. 

All runners participating with PCSP wore black and blue shirts with "Porter County" on the back.  Shirts were donated by FOP #165. 

Porter County was given a special announcement for our great turnout, and plan on attending in 2009!
