Visitors from Serbia and Slovakia were recently given a tour of the Sheriff's Department and jail by Sheriff David Reynolds.  They are employed by US Steel Corp. and work at that company's second largest steel plant   (the largest is the Gary Works) located in Eastern Europe.  The head of US Steel security, Rich Douglas brought them to the United States for additional training, and arranged the tour.  Both guests, having heard of John Dillinger, were photographed with the Sheriff's Department "Tommy gun" that was stolen by that outlaw in 1934 and returned in 2001 by the FBI.
