The gun was stolen March 3, 1934 by John Dillinger
On March 29, 2001 it was returned to the rightful owners, The
Porter County Sheriff’s Department
This framed cartridge and Certificate of Authenticity was
donated to Porter County Crime Stoppers by the Sheriff’s Dept
to help raise funds for the Organization.
