Offenders State Statute Registration Fees |
|
The
Porter County Sheriff's Department, as of May 1st 2008 will begin the collection
of fees from sexual and violent offenders who are required by Indiana State
Statute to register with the Sheriff's Department.
The
fees are as follows,
$50.00 annual registration fee
$5.00 change of address fee
These fees are governed by Indiana State Statute and Porter County Ordinance
